Booked an overnight tour but everything was full so we were offered a free upgrade to the Dragon Legend. Everyone and everything on board was fantastic. We ate so much in 24 hours, it was a crazy delight. Food was wonderful, mostly seafood. If you don’t eat it, you can let them know and other options can be served. 8-course lunch and then dinner on Day 1 left no time for a tour of the floating village, as outlined in our booking documents. Instead, we went kayaking, which although lovely, was offered again on the morning of Day 2. The only reason for the rating of ‘very good’ and not Excellent’ is that the 4-hour return trip in Luxury Van number 2 was awful. The van has no shocks in the rear and sitting in the back seat on the way back to Hanoi undid all the enjoyment of the cruise. Shame! If you suffer back troubles, stay away from sitting there!
